The Mission

ROAR's first fundraising event provided research equipment to UAB Cancer Research Labs at the Hazelrig-Salter Radiation Oncology Center. Successful events have provided more than $2 Million to support the UAB Department of Radiation Oncology Research 

Radiation Oncology Accelerated Research (ROAR) is a nonprofit organization and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code.

ROAR is blessed with some of the best and brightest in the greater ALABAMA area. They are dedicated caring leaders with a passion for giving.
